It was cancelled last thursday, just over 2 months after release :p

Yeah I read that, I LOVE it! I hate GTA and crap like it....

while i agree with you on the gta notes. it is sad for developers. all that work time and money spent on it just to last 2 months.

well, the issue was money...the company was ruined financially...

That game had a budget of $100 million. They blew it. Completely. They didn't get the core concepts right on that game and instead spent a bunch of time messing around with inane crap.

It's not the ground-level guys' fault, but whoever was steering that game had a screw loose.

I worked for Realtime Worlds and APB during its early days but I have to admit they ried to rush the big systems far to much and didnt care much for the little more polishing things which was pretty bad. Anyways I left them 2 years ago and thank god! I'd be out a job now XD

Good idea, bad execution, especially the way they implemented the fees.. buying hours, and such. I didn't even think the game warranted the costs, outside purchasing it, like Guild Wars.

This title is being resurrected from it's early grave! It will be going F2P in 2011. MMORPG.com reported on it here http://www.mmorpg.com/gamelist.cfm/game/358/view/news/read/18666/All-Points-Bulletin-Officially-Going-F2P-in-2011.html and they have a link to the original article. As I was only looking to procrastinate from writing my paper and could care less about this title myself I didn't read the article MMORPG.com linked to.
